Position: Organist/Choirmaster

New Providence Presbyterian Church (NPPC) is a thriving congregation centered on Jesus Christ. Since our founding in 1737, worship has been the heartbeat of our church. We currently conduct five services each Sunday: three contemporary with praise teams, one service that is more traditional/blended and one meditative piano led. Our 700 members span generations and each service has its own 'flavor'.

We are looking for a spiritually mature, musically gifted servant of God to lead and develop our traditional/blended worship.

You will be working with an established choir and bell choir, and have support from a well resourced Production Arts team, all of whom are striving to create culturally relevant worship. You will report to the Senior Pastor and also collaborate with the contemporary worship director for special events.

The church is strategically placed in the center of New Providence, a vibrant New Jersey town with excellent amenities, schools and easy access to all that Manhattan has to offer. Our congregation is part of a relatively new group called ECO: A Covenant Order of Evangelical Presbyterians
